Pioneered by Yog Vaghani in 2019, The Project Manager was created as the second-in-command to the President. The basic idea was to alleviate many of the scheduling responsibilities of the President by creating a role that would be hyper-focused on keeping everyone to a strict timeline.
The job of the Project Manager is to use project management software to write out specific due dates for EVERYTHING that needs to be done across all subteams, and then hold certain leads accountable to getting things done on time. In previous years, we have used BaseCamp, Slack, and Trello to accomplish this.
